Yes. The product is highly effective at soothing and healing sore hot spots.

Does Skin Healer help bring fur back?

The product will help to sooth underlying conditions and this may well help to promote new fur growth.

How often do you need to re-apply the Skin Healer?

The product offers long-lasting protection and should be re-applied once per day until the problem has disappeared.

Is the Skin Healer product safe?

This product is safe, patented, water-based and dermatologically tested. It is not a medicine but a mild antiseptic. It will, however, soften the skin and by so doing will significantly reduce the inclination of the dog to scratch which is the root cause very often of on-going problems. It will also kill bacteria which will stop the creation of any infection and thereby allow the skin to heal much quicker.

What are the ingredients in Skin Healer?

Purified Water, Propylene Glycol, Methyl Anthranilate. (Organic compounds). Active ingredient: Benzalkonium chloride.

What if my dog licks it off?

The product is a form of disinfectant so should not be drunk but the licking of treated areas once dry or contact with food after use is of zero risk.

Can you use the Skin Healer on a dog’s paw pad?

Yes the product can be used on sore, broken dog paws/pads.

Can you use the Skin Healer product on a dog’s face?

If the problem is on your dog’s face, we recommend that you apply the product to cotton wool and dab onto the affected area avoiding any contact with the eyes.

At what temperature wash can the Bedding & Laundry Protector be used?

The product is highly effective at cold wash temperature of just 30 degrees.

Is the Spray & Go Fur Protector suitable for all long-haired dog breeds?

Yes. Just ensure that once-applied, it is brushed through the coat ensuring an even application and allow 60 seconds to dry.
